2009 FESTIVAL - you drank us dry !
Thanks for your massive support over the weekend of 10th - 12th July. You had drunk the bar dry by 6.00pm on Sunday and we hope that you werent put out by having to spend any remaining beer tokens at the bar. Most popular cider (the first to go ) was Broadoak's Old Bristolian. With a local connection and abv of 8.4%, we arent surprised! First beer to go (we think) was Box's Dark and Handsome, then the Doom Bar. ............and we had a surprise visitor ! Dr Liam Fox, local MP and Shadow Defence Secretary, tries his namesake brew 'Fiery Fox'. Organiser Kat Sweet ensures she doesnt miss out on this crisp welsh cider. Liam's wife and fellow doctor, Jesme and daughter Sarah also dropped in to support the event on Saturday afternoon. Many thanks for thinking of us and our charity.

FREE LIVE MUSIC
Great to see favouties like the Somerset Paddies (pictured above) bring the house down on Sunday. They could have played all night. Thanks too to all the artists and entertainers who gave their time and talents for free. See full 2009 line up
Meanwhile, we were invaded by some twenty oompa loompas. They also caused severe strain on our cider supplies!
